It all started...

In 2017, as a single mother and generational abuse survivor, Erika opened the doors to Bay Wreath Co. not only to share her exclusive body method, ISOTIQUES™, but to create a safe haven for healing, growth, and female empowerment. Within her personally designed space, she fosters a community centered on connection, strength, and transformation. Erika's passion for uplifting and building confidence in women fuels everything she does. Her work draws inspiration from authentic body connection and movement that ignites strength, freedom, and a sensual sense of power. "There is nothing like knowing your body, reclaiming it, feeling sexy in your skin, and kicking shame’s ass daily. Every woman deserves to feel that power and freedom."

Erika's journey with movement began at just three years old as a student of classical ballet in Upstate New York. With extreme joint hypermobility and multiple knee surgeries starting at age 14, Erika’s path in dance challenged her body yet deepened her belief that movement was her life’s calling—safety was essential, and education was key. “I had to find a more supportive way to create connection and beauty with my body.” At age 19, she discovered Barre, which forever changed her life. Her early twenties were spent training and teaching under national fitness leaders while pursuing her passion for business and design. Erika’s desire to teach others, coupled with her love for education, beauty, and healing, led her to the pioneers of the barre industry. After powerful training and connections with original creators and industry leaders, she launched ISOTIQUES™ in 2017.

Erika’s education spans extensive certifications and training from fitness pioneers like Esther Fairfax (daughter of Lotte Berk), Lydia Bach (creator of The Lotte Berk Method™), and leading barre franchises. Since 2009, Erika has taught inspired and intentional classes, training thousands of clients and instructors. She is committed to the purest method, ensuring a consistent evolution rooted in knowledge. Her expertise also extends to breathwork, fascia release, yoga, pilates, meditation, and physical therapy.

Her work has been featured in Modern Luxury Magazine, Mindbody Bold, Nike, Free People, ALO Yoga, and more. Erika has also taught celebrity clients like Alicia Keys and Liz Goldwyn.

Beyond wellness, Erika is the Founder and Lead Designer of cyrêve, a full-service design, production, and branding firm. She is the Creative Director and Lead Designer for all of the Oram Hotel properties, including The Historic Guild Hotel and The Historic Granger Hotel.
